According to researchers from Germany, the frequency of authenticity is the highest emotional vibration on the planet! It surpasses even the vibrational frequencies of gratitude and love on the SPANE scale. Can you believe it?
Authenticity isn't just a buzzword; it's the essence of our journey in this beautiful thing we call life. I would not be alive today had I not understood: "Authenticity is LIFE and LIFE is Authenticity."
Our authentic selves are already within us. Spiritual growth is about uncovering who we authentically are. Who we are has been buried by layers of protection by the ego from our wounds and false beliefs about ourselves. The Journey of Authenticity is a continuous process as we continue to wake up more profoundly, making self-compassion a vital key to living authentically because, without compassion, we will not be able to see that which blocks and keeps us from true nature.
"To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don't need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself." ~Thich Nhat Hanh
In the wise words of Gandhi, "Be the change you want to see in the world." And what's the profound message behind this statement? It's an invitation to awaken to our authentic selves.
In the opening statement of ACIM - A Course in Miracles, "Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God." When we are authentic, we are real. We are at peace. We are connected to the Source of Life Itself.
From a spiritual perspective, authenticity aligns with many of my core spiritual principles:
Connection to Inner Truth: We tap into our inner wisdom, intuition, and spiritual essence.
Harmony and Alignment: Life thrives in harmony with our true nature and world.
Self-Realization: Embracing authenticity unlocks our hidden talents and abilities, leading to personal growth and fulfillment.
Connection to Others: Authenticity fosters authentic connections, creating a sense of community and shared purpose.
Liberation from Ego: It helps us transcend the limitations of the ego, leading to a more expansive life experience.
But let's also remember what authenticity is NOT:
Conformity: It's not about fitting into predefined molds or suppressing our uniqueness.
Pretense: It's not about pretending to be someone we're not, but about being honest and transparent.
Perfectionism: It doesn't require us to be flawless; it's about embracing our imperfections.
Approval-Seeking: Authenticity isn't about seeking constant approval; it's about staying true to our values.
Inflexibility: It's not about being stubborn but adapting and growing throughout our journey.
Carl Jung said, "The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are." Personal authenticity is a journey. It's a journey of discovering and maybe rediscovering who you are and then consistently sharing that with the world.
And the great Shakespeare said, "To thine own self be true."
Let's vibrate at the highest frequency possible—our authentic selves!
